Questions and answers
This offer is for organizations that Goodstack verifies as eligible nonprofits. Generally, your organization should be recognized as charitable or nonprofit by the relevant regulator where you are registered, operate on a not-for-profit basis, and operate for public benefit. Approved organizations receive 50% off the Business plan.

We partner with Goodstack for nonprofit verification. Most applications take a few minutes. You may need proof that your organization is officially registered as a nonprofit, such as a registration certificate or tax exemption letter.

The nonprofit discount stays active as long as your organization maintains eligible nonprofit status.
After Goodstack approves your application, we link a 50% nonprofit discount to the email address you used to verify. Sign in to Granola with that email, then open Settings > Billing.
If you don't have an active paid subscription, you'll see that a coupon is available. Choose the Business plan and complete checkout — your discount applies automatically. You don't need to enter a promo code.

Yes. Granola integrates with Notion, HubSpot, Affinity, Slack, and Zapier, so you can connect it to most tools you're already using. All of these integrations work out of the box.
You can use Granola for any meeting. That includes board meetings, donor calls, grant reviews, program syncs, and volunteer coordination — basically, if it's a meeting, Granola can help capture and organize what happened.
Granola listens to your computer's system audio to transcribe your meetings, then uses AI to enhance your notes. The key thing is that Granola doesn't join your calls as a bot — it works entirely through your system audio, so there's no need to invite anything to your meetings.
