Granola + Zapier

Overview

Zapier connects Granola to more than 8,000 apps, so the outcomes of a meeting can flow straight into the tools your team already uses — creating tasks in Linear or Jira, updating your CRM, or posting a recap to Slack — without any copy-paste.

Zapier requires a paid Granola plan and the desktop app.

Setting up the integration

  1. In Granola, open Settings → Connectors and find Zapier.
  2. In Zapier, search for Granola and pick a trigger:
    • Note added to Granola folder — fires automatically for notes added to a folder
    • Note shared to Zapier — fires manually from a note's sidebar
  3. Give the Zap a clear name and, for folder triggers, choose which folder it watches.
  4. Run a test with a recent meeting to confirm the data looks right.
  5. Add the action apps you want to send notes to.

What you can do

  • Create tasks in Linear, Jira, or Asana from action items
  • Log meeting summaries to a CRM record
  • Post recaps to a Slack channel
  • Append notes to a Notion database or a spreadsheet
