We're looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team and support our leadership team. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll be a scheduling master, highly organised and ultimately responsible for 10x-ing the capacity of the executive team.
In addition to communications, scheduling and travel organisation for the executive team, you’ll also be responsible for handling routine daily personal tasks for the CEO as well as acting as the first point of contact for office management.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the exec team’s calendars, prioritising commitments and reviewing schedule requests, primarily working with the CEO.
- Manage the exec team’s inboxes, prioritising emails, drafting responses and responding on their behalf.
- Manage national & international travel travel arrangements, scheduling flights, transfers, hotels etc.
- Coordinate board meeting communications including board packs & agendas.
- Take responsibility for overall office management. This will include arranging the setup of our new office and ensuring we have a nice & comfortable working environment.
- Conduct research on behalf of the exec team ahead of speaking engagements, interviews, podcasts and events.
- Manage the CEO’s day to day life admin and schedules.
Your background looks something like:
- 5+ years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant to Senior / Executive leaders, ideally within a high growth, fast paced, tech company.
- Experience supporting a Founder / CEO through a period of rapid company growth would be highly beneficial.
- Managing multiple complex and shifting priorities simultaneously, remaining calm and focused while working under pressure.
- High attention to detail, outstanding organisation skills, unwavering dependability.
- You’ll know what excellence looks like in your role and will be able to ramp up fast to quickly become effective.
- You’ll have excellent computer skills, happy working with the full Google Suite, Slack, Notion and other common internal tools.
- You’ll be a great writer, able to quickly and clearly communicate complex information for rapid comprehension by the leadership team.
